Pricing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans are self-service and month-to-month — cancel in a click from your billing page. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drop to Free automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
If something goes wrong, email us and we will make it right. Because you can cancel at any time and Free needs no card, there is no long commitment to get refunded from in the first place.
What counts as an "active link"?
An active link is a dynamic (editable, trackable) code that is currently live. Your plan caps how many can be active at once — Free allows 3, Pro 100 and Business 1,000. Static codes you download are always unlimited and free.
Does scanning a code cost me anything?
Never. Every plan, including Free, has unlimited scans with no per-scan fees and no scan caps. Your bill does not move when a code goes viral.
What happens to my links if I downgrade?
Nothing gets deleted or broken. If you are over the new plan's link cap, the extra links become read-only rather than disabled — they keep redirecting and collecting scans, you just cannot create new ones until you are back under the cap. We never switch off a code you have printed.
Do codes ever expire?
No. Codes never expire on any tier — that is the whole point of PointQR. The QR you print today keeps working for as long as its destination exists.
